How Do I Get Mobile My-Cast?

...It's easy. If you don’t have one already, buy one of the following phones: Motorola i730, i88s, i85s, i58.

To order a phone, click here: . Make sure you select a "Total Connect Data Plan" in addition to your voice plan. This plan enables you to access Internet-based services from Java Applications, including My-Cast. With this plan, instead of paying for “minutes,” as you do with voice, you pay for kilobytes. Kilobytes are a measurement of data passing to and from you phone as you use Internet services. My-Cast uses approximately 10 kb of data to view a radar image and weather for a specific location. You must purchase these plans when ordering your Nextel phone.

Downloading My-Cast to your phone

Press the "Menu" button and select “Java Apps”
Select "Download Apps", then "Subscriptions"
Select "My-Cast" and press "GET IT"
After successful download, press "EXIT"
Scroll and highlight "My-Cast"
Press "INSTALL"
Wait for the installation process to complete, then press "DONE"
